The Croft is a peaceful sanctuary designed to allow you to reconnect with the landscape that surrounds you. The off-grid living experiences give you the opportunity to slow down and embrace your inner wilderness.
The crofting principals of sustainability, self sufficiency and reliance on nature are ideas that we believe are relevant today more than ever. The Croft Collective is our way of enabling you to live as we once did and benefit from enjoying the simple things in life.
The Bothy is disconnected from mains electricity, allowing you to live more simply but with all life's simple pleasures. It has one cosy wood panelled bedroom, perfect as a couple's retreat.
You will be kept warm by the wood burning stove in the living room, whilst the shower and kitchen appliances are powered by gas. For those wanting to stay connected, we provide renewable energy battery packs to keep your devices charged.
We provide a wood fired alfresco bath for you to experience the ultimate luxury of bathing surrounded by nature. There is also an outdoor fire pit for you to enjoy the night sky whilst sipping on your freshly roasted coffee or single malt whisky.
Access to the Bothy is down a farm track followed by a 5 minute walk up a hill track to the Bothy which sits in an elevated position overlooking the bay and your private beach.
