News from Pennyghael Estate
The Estate's Office client, Pennyghael Estate reflects on 2019's sporting season, guests at the estate's holiday cottage and extends season's greetings in their December newsletter.
There's an update on the estate's stag and hind stalking seasons, the importance of the Estate's conservation and land management programme and 2020 mixed sports weeks for field sportsmen.
The newsletter reflects on a busy summer season in the Estate's holiday cottages including a memorable family celebration for a guest's special birthday involving hill walking, swimming in Loch Scridain (with wet suits!), fantastic wildlife sightings and the delights of local shellfish and game.
The newsletter signs off with "The only thing left to say is Happy Christmas and best wishes for the New Year from all the team at Pennyghael. We cannot think of anything better than the view of Pennyghael on Christmas morning, the sun's rays bouncing off the snow, the deer wandering regally through the fields, the crisp air cold against your face as you go for a bracing walk - and returning to the house, snug and warm with our wee dram by the open fire!"
