We are registered with the Scottish Register of Letting Agents
Since the 1st October 2018, all letting agents are required to be on the Scottish Register of Letting Agents in order to legally operate.
A requirement of the Register is that there must be evidence that people undertaking letting agency work are correctly trained and hold relevant qualifications covering essential aspects of letting agency work at level 6 or above in the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF).
Rest assured though - Sophie is fully qualified with this accreditation and qualification and can answer any of your property queries.
